Clients get tired of hearing it and you get tired of saying it. Even when you get the appraisal, it often gets hung-up in underwriting because of sloppy work or a poor understanding of the appraisal process by inexperienced appraisers. I can help.

My name is Gary Miller. I'm the owner of Miller Appraisal Group, LLC. I've been a State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 1990 and have been involved in real estate and appraisal and property management since 1984. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of being associated with some of the best appraisers in the North Florida area. I have also managed real estate assets for a Fortune 500 compay. That kind of "real world" experience is valuable and marketable.

I’ve recently made the decision to start my own company offering residential real estate appraisal and consulting services. I’d like to offer my expertise to you. I know you probably have appraisers that you use on a regular basis. If they are providing a quality product in a timely manner, then by all means you should continue to use them and be thankful that you have such a valuable lender-appraiser relationship.
